I’ve been with Airtel for over a decade. My usage of more of incoming then outgoing, so I opted for a life time validity and was satisfied. I also understand, post introduction of Jio, there has been an impact on revenue. But this has been basbar by all providers. Changing the terms of existing plan of thousands of users is unethical and unacceptable. Why should old loyal customers bare the cost of competition?
