I have recently port my number from Idea to airtel as per commitment by your executive he ensure me that plan should be activated of Rs. 299 With 45 GB 4G data but after activation my number i have checked my plan it is Rs. 349 with 5GB 4G data.
As per my last network my plan was Rs. 299 With 45GB data and i was using from last 7 years but now i want to take the airtel experience but its too bad.
If possible please resolve my prblem otherwise i will go with again my previous network.
I can accept this plan which is activate Rs. 349/- but data should be increase 45GB in a month in replace of 5GB.
