Hi I am a regular user of airtel my landlines number is 011-40112060 myself ashutosh Singh I have a issue with service engineer of airtel Mr. Chhitij rai and mantosh mobile number 09988145506 he’s regular visits my he regarding my broadband complaints and regularly he’s force me to pay 500- 1000 rupees quarterly as a Internet maintaince charges privately and treating me if I am not paying a amount to me so it could be happen again again last time he visited to me and again today he’s visiting my premises ask asking a money after refuse to pay a amount he’s said I will not close ur call in next two days if these time of service I’m going to get
So please remove your modern and cable I don’t want this type of service please I want to cencal my connection because now airtel going to cheat customer and it’s really a shameful act from your employees
Kindly check my complaints and closing and repeats problem if I need to pay another 1000 so means it’s cheating kindly look this matter on urgent basis

I am only asking you that is there any possibly to resolve my problem or I have to file a case in consumer court my complaint number is the 1081030832 more than a 55hours is already past my landlines is 011-40112060 your person trying to provoke me he chhitij 9988145506 called me and said again whatever ur do mail or anything your line is not going to activate another 3-4days prior he’s force me to pay 1000 rupees when I refuse him and mail to nodel and his and ur team intension is not clear to activate my line it’s really a shameful act from reputed or unrelated airtel
i write both mails to nodel airtel but no one listening there very bad experience
