I had requested for Jio sim card on 28th Sep and upon my request for sim home deliverythe Jio executive (Prashob) visited on 29th sep and one executive from Airtel (Unnidev) Pazhayannur, Kerala accompanied him and i later learnt that Unnidev is from Airtel, in the name of taking Jio connection he opened an Airtel Payment Bank without my consent and have misused my Aadhar information. Immediatly i told him what he did was wrong and take corrective measures but even after several followups he is not closing the account which was opened without my consent. This is such a shame on Airtel for having its executives go along with other service provider executives and misusing customer information. I want the action to be taken immediatly as my aadhar card is being misused.
