Hi,
I ordered FasTag from Airtel Payments Bank on 30th Dec 2020. I was told that it will be delivered in 14 working days. However, on not receiving it within the timeline, I raised a request for cancellation of my FasTag and asked for refund around 19th Jan. Since then, I have been chasing them to refund my money and cancel my order but getting no support from them at all. And after 40 days, they suddenly deliver my FasTag which I had ordered to cancel. By that time I had already purchased another one from some other vendor. Now, on asking refund and cancellation, they told me that I will have to activate my FasTag inorder to get the refund and deactivate it. I did what they said and now after doing that, they have again stopped responding. Its been a week now and I have 2 FasTags activated for my vehicle which may lead to double deduction of toll. Neither they are refunding my money and nor they are deactivating my FasTag. Please help. They are harassing their customers by duping our money.
