Airtel Fastag ordered on 1st dec
Airtel app said will be delivered in 14 days but till not received
received fastag shipment message on 31st dec from Airtel by India post

Fastag delivered to haryana and i am a resident of punjab by India post and contacted India post but the told to contact Airtel or sender.
Please help to resolve on priority.
