Text of Complaint by Neha Arora:

I tried to recharge my airtel wallet online through debit card for 1000 rupees. It got withdrawn from bank account but did not come in my airtel wallet. Its been a week from then, I have not received my money.  Also , its not a first time case.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.  The customer care number is also unavailable from a week
