I booked Fastag from Airtel online before 3 months ago they even charged for that nearly 450rs. I got Fastag after a month but still it is not activated I tried to call Airtel Payments customer care not a single time they received call. Am paying double charge in Highway tolls. I think Airtel is scamming people by taking money and not giving service
