Hello ,
I am writing this grievance with Airtel Broad Band Service, I am make the payment for my Broad Band account via my bank account and payment amount is getting debit from my bank account but Airtel team is not processing my payment. On top of that, they are adding late fee every month saying I am not making the payment on time. When every I call Airtel customer support, they are asking me to pay thru their payment app. Which I am not happy with they service.
