on 2nd December, I have seen an offer on Airtel thanks app that on purchase of Fastag, you will get Flat Rs 150 cash back within 24 hours, valid till 3rd December. So I have bought on 3rd December. But till today 16th December, I have not received any cash back and even not received Fastag, after made so many calls and emails to Airtel. No response till today. I have all the proofs and screenshot, which i have shared with them. But customer care executives saying that there was no offer. So I have decided to discontinue my services with Airtel, big Fraud company, cheated with consumers.
