I had purchased a gift voucher from airtel payment bank wallet on 7th nov 2021 for my relative but still he didn’t get the voucher on his mail id , as i have already mentioned in trail mail that i am getting every mail except gift voucher from last one month I am regularly sending mail and doing call with customer care but problem not resolve .
After every mail they suggesting to wait for 48 hours and today lots of 48 hours has been crossed . They are playing with us and not providing solution . I have been logged many calls for this and every call has been closed by airtel team without any proper solution . Now I am going to escalate issue at higher level because my hard earned money stuck in this transaction . Please provide me the gift voucher or sent back my money in my wallet so that I can use it for mobile recharges .
Please confirm how many hours you have required to resolve the case and also ask airtel team how can they are closing all tickets/complaint without solving the problem of customer . and also confirm me how many days you have required because it has been crossed more than 27 days and i am getting solution .
