Respected Razorpay Team, Rs 1312 was detected from my Airtel Payment Bank. When an inquiry was made with Airtel Nodal Officer in this regard, it was told that the money has been transferred to your company, the details of which are given below. Please tell me from where is this? Money has been deducted by the company and the e-mandate service has not been activated, then how did it get activated? Your company’s account number is being sent. Please tell me whether the money has been deducted by the company and which company has received it. And nodal team investigation Report pdf attached please check
