I have initiated process to open an account in airtel payment bank, acording to there process, i have paid 500 rs to activate my bank account. Money got deducted and i got confirmation message also from airtel payment bank but account did not activated. Also my money is stucked. When i contacted their customer care, they told that they did not have any history or details regarding this transaction.
