Text of Complaint by Santosh Singh:

Hi my Airtel phone number is 9987631942. I tried to use their service called Airtel wallet to do a recharge for INR 499 on the 6th February 2019. However the amount was deducted from my bank but never reached my Airtel wallet. I called them to follow up they asked me to wait for 5 days. After 5 days the money was never refunded back. I called them again they asked me  to send them my bank statement I spite of sharing the payment reference I’d over the call,I sent them a email with the screenshot of my mobile banking app statement. After this they asked me to wait for 2 days which I did and still got no response. I called them again on 18 February 2019 and was in the call for 1 hour asking for a resolution. The advisor was not helpful I asked for a team leader for the first 10 minutes they kept on saying that no team leader is available after that another advisor came please note that I had asked for a team leader they still connected me to another advisor. I shared the details with her she said she cannot help. Later after a long argument she transferred me to a team leader. This guy asked me to send my bank statement with my account number and name on it . I informed him that as per law we are not supposed to share our bank info with these companies I asked him for his supervisor he told me that he will arrange a call back for me which u never got. Today I have been calling the customer care and I was told that I am connected to a Malayalam customer service team and asks me to call back I called back again the same thing. While I am writing this email I have been put on hold for more than 15 minutes. The complaint number given to me by then is 3069234. This company is asking my for my bank information against and again. Also their customer service is pathetic as the supervisors are not on the floor or in the building when as customer is asking to speak to them. I am attaching the screenshot of the call duration and the time the call was made.
