I tried to subscription of Zee5 premium one year pack of Rs. 649 via airtel shop in thanks app but unfortunately amount has been debited but payment failed, more than 30 days, not initiate refund I already raise a compliment of airtel customer care & mail, kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible I attach the payment screenshot for your reference (
