I want to discontinue my Airtel broadband services.I sent an email to 121@airtel.in but as expected, I got no response.Tried calling them many times but the customer care executives were unavailable.
Even after requesting them to discontinue my services, today they sent me a message that my services have been auto-renewed and I’ll be charged x amount of money.This is not acceptable at all.
