This is to bring to your notice the horrendous customer service that I received from Airtel. I have never in my life seen people so unprofessional and the kind of trauma that I faced till now is getting unbearable.

This all started on 30th March when Ranjeet from Airtel contacted me as I inquired for new landline connection on Justdial.

During our conversation, he stated that standaloan fixed landline is not offered by Airtel and I have to take broadband and landline combo. I needed landline urgently, so I agreed for combo offer despite using DEN broadband services (with no issues at all from DEN).

He stated if I pay RS 6000 immediately over the internet than he will ensure my connection is up and running the same day i.e 30th March. As mentioned above, as I needed landline urgently, I paid the said amount and was assured by Airtel that connection will be activated on 30thMarch.

Its, 3rd April today and nobody have contacted me so far to setup the connection. Ranjeet has stopped answering calls (called him 20 times in last 3 days). Spoken to your customer care and they said that they can’t do anything. Spoken on this number 011-47656465 (seems supervisor for Ranjeet) and they keep on pushing things stating tomorrow it will be done (this is I listening from 30th March).

I lost all my patience now. I am not interested in your pathetic services anymore even if you offer it for free. In the hustle and bustle of everyday, its not possible for me to chase these guys to remind them to do their job properly. I am just receiving false promises everyday and it seems, nobody in your company actually care for the consumer

I will be raising the request to even terminate by DTH services as I planning to switch to TATA. I am so upset with Airtel right now that don’t want to have any kind of relationship with Airtel anymore.

I know you are a multi-million dollar company and losing 1 customer won’t impact you, but losing Rs 6000 and going through all these troubles does impact me. As I am not receiving any solution from you, the only way left for me is to make as much noise as possible on social media (got all the proof like call logs and payment receipt) and ensure potential buyers of Airtel knows how Airtel is treating its customer.

Please refund me my money and speak to Ranjeet and this supervisor to ensure you don’t lose any more customers. Word of mouth is the cheapest and most effective source of goodwill and publicity and these 2 muggers (Ranjeet and his boss) is doing everything in their power to ensure your company doesn’t get any.

Call me asap and don’t want to hear that you are getting things sorted, only want to hear 1 definite date when I will get my money back into my account.
