I had requested for a new fiber broadband connection on Sept 10th. Thursday. I have paid for 3 months. The person who coordinated the whole time was Mr Shiv Shinde 99020 95870 who also promised that the installation will be done the next day itself. Since then, he hasn’t been available. Never answers the call.
So far I’ve spoken to their engineer whose name is Vinod. He says he hasn’t received any order to install it.
I’ve spoken to their customer care executives. They say it’s on priority and will get back. One of them said the SLA is 3 days. It’s been more than 4 days now.
They have already made the bill starting Sept 12th.
They have lied, they have created a wrong bill, and they have my money Rs 2828. They are not answering the calls or the emails.
