Received a message on 12 Feb 2020 stating like “your Airtel pack ends on 15the Feb 2020. Recharged today without losing your current validity”.
Base on this message I recharged of Rs.219 for mobile No. 9535415048 on same date. It supposed to be effected from 16 Feb but affected from 12 Feb only.
Regarding this already approached customer Care and dropped mail to Nodal as wel.
Very upsate and pathetic. No proper respond..
