Pack validity for Airtel no xxxxxxxx will expire on 26-Nov-18 & outgoing services will stop. Recharge with RC35 or more for continued services.Dial*121*51#.
This is the text message I got. I tried contacting customer support to get more clarification on this, as I have 4 Airtel nos in my family and all have received the same message.
There is no clarification how my existing pack will be impacted and the notice give to stop outgoing service is very short with Saturday and sunday in between. i still have sufficient balance in all my accounts and the existing Validity is of lifetime.
The worst part is there is no response from customer support nor is there any provision to speak to any support and no there is any escalation matrix defined.
May I request Someone to please look into this
