Pack validity for Airtel no 9503819843 will expire on 23-Nov-18 & outgoing services will stop. Recharge with RC35 or more for continued services.Dial*121*51#.
This is the exact message I’m getting.but I have no idea how to increase validity. The above mentioned *121*51# have no option where I can do a recharge and customer care number is all but not going through.tell me what to do?

Hi! Your lifetime validity exists for the main account balance i.e. talktime. However, you can now recharge through either our Bundle or newly launched smart recharges and avail all-on-one benefits like calls, data benefits and talk time in a single recharge. These are validity based recharges with different validity period as per the packs you chose. For recharge info, dial *121*51#. Thank you, Sapna
How to check my main balance and its lifetime validity?
I am getting the same message, when the balance is Rs 550. This seems like a case of fraud because the scheme was supposed to have lifetime validity. There was no distinction between incoming and outgoing calls when the scheme was taken.
The message from Airtel (in the comments thread) is very vague: You can now recharge through either our Bundle or newly launched smart recharges and avail all-on-one benefits like calls, data benefits and talk time in a single recharge.
They do not say if a customer doesn’t need to recharge if no additional benefits are required and if there is talktime left. For Airtel folks wanting to check their talktime left: For main balance check dial *123# to get the balance.
Am wondering how to file a case in the consumer court.
Shame on you airtel, your move will affect those poor people who have kept your sim just for receiving the incomming call.
I never thought telcos could go this low.
TRAI has now stopped it:
