- I have recharged with 3997inr on Feb 6 and I could not make any of outgoing calls or use the data till date.now I got a message saying that pack has been expired. Called airtel customer care from other number and no proper response provided and I have all my network settings in right way to make the pack work but it didn’t. Issue is I am unable to call even airtel customer care.when I send email I just get an automated email saying that send it from registered email but there is no response at all
