The pack benifits differ for every numbers. When spoken to customer executive it was told that certain number get special offers. When asked about on what basis these certain numbers get these benifits there was no answer, and they can’t do anything about it. It is really disheartening that Airtel company is misleading customers to buy their sim and not providing benifits for the same amount. I have to pay 50Rs extra to get the same benifits than my fellow customer. The benifits should be same for all and they should give reasons for which they can’t allot the same benifits to certain numbers. This kind of differential treatment is only happening in airtel. Vi and jio offers same benifits to all their customers. The act of charging extra amount for certain people is unacceptable. I request the concerned authority to look into this and help customers like me.
