I’m Vijay / I have 2 sims one add on and one main, im since last 10 yr old customer of airtel – I made a complaint at end of April about the network is very low / I am not able to use internet and calls/ but nothing was done – after several calls and discussion – when no results – I requested/reduce the bill plan from 799 to as low as possible and discontinue add on the sim. I took a new Jio sim with a fantastic network/end of April I got Bill for both sims instead of 1 / i have been requesting to listen to the recording and resolve it – but airtel people are not doing anything – instead, 20 people started calling me to pay the bill / I provided airtel date wise records of my calls to customer care but no result / every day and week I’m requesting to charge with the fair bill – but every time I write to 121 – they ask for 24/48 hrs like this 3 months gone – without using bill has become 3 fold / I’m frustrated like crazy – since 2 months my phone disconnected – no respect for the long association as they have a big customer base. and after 10 years of paying to airtel – this is what airtel doing with me. Troma / frustration and discontinued phone. shame on me i choose airtel.
