Dear Sir/Madam
I am sorry to inform hat i have been cheated by your billing department. I requested the AIRTEL customer service informing non usage of International Roaming in April and never requested but received bill of 5671 INR without any usage.
I am cheated on pretext that pack is auto renewal and you have to pay even if some data was used when phone is on no call and no SMS but some data 1 day when phone was on.

Kindly advice me how can i continue patronizing AIRTEL despite of such erratic bills and no clear information on packs deactivation. If not possible to reverse I will escalate issue to Consumer forum and will not pay the bill till matter is settled. I will wait till tomorrow to get your favourable response before escalating the matter.
