I have a balance of rupees 90 in my airtel prepaid but now I got a notification yesterday that my outgoing validity has expired. I am not a extensive user so internet and limited validity is useless to me. Why can’t I use my balance, ie lifetime validity? This is a form of hoax going everywhere is mobile service providers, it is kind of similar what was going on in television service providers. Kindly look to it
