I was a postpaid used for Airtel and due to network issues and high postpaid charges I decided to move to the other network. So, raised the Port request. After 10 minutes of port request I received a call from customer care of Airtel and they asked about the reason and when I mentioned they did convert my postpaid subscription to prepaid. It was not my intention too. From the moment they processed this I am unable recharge and continuously failing. Contacted the customer care, no response, and then emailed nodal officer. It has been almost a week and still no resolution. They made my life very problematic.
