My outgoing service got expired and I have sufficient balance to make calls. They aseked me to dial *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity. Now I am not able to do any outgoing calls… I tried to call customer care numbers but that also not going.

Please help me to resolve this. I am outside the country

  3. I have also got message from airtel that my out going would expire on 29 November. What’s going on. What airtel actually wants from us. Firstly their network is also not working well and now this issue.

    This is the exact message I’m getting.but I have no idea how to increase validity.The above mentioned *121*51# have no option where I can do a recharge and customer care number is all but not going through.tell me what to do?

    I have been using Airtel for 6-7 years but now why suddenly they are doing this.i have linked this number to everywhere now what should I do.

      Even am facing same issue now I had sufficient balance still i did recharge but no luck.
      Did any of your issue resolved by airtel customer care?

  7. Same Happens with me, They reduced the valadity and now they says to extend valadity which is wrong and we will not be able to contact to customer care, please have a look into this because Airtel is not doing right with their customers

  8. Don’t know why, but you need to have atleast Rs.23 as minimum balance for outgoing services. Just recharge with more than Rs.23 and you’ll get your services back.

  9. Never buy airtel sim again. Some people number associated with bank accounts. This company playing with customers.
