Airtel, in oct 2018 has put a limitation on outgoing and incoming calls, ending on nov 2018. So, after nov 2018, recharge will be required to continue incoming and outgoing calls. in 2007, i have recharged for rs 495 for lifetime free incoming calls (and outgoing calls to be charged from account balance), and now in 2018 airtel is putting validity on incoming and outgoing calls, which clearly contradicts what was promised for Rs 495. on calling customer care executive, they are asking to recharge for Rs 35/65/95 which will add up only 28 days validity. why should consumers recharge for validity again when consumer has already paid for the same. I have balance in my Idea Sim account. But now on outgoing call , Idea says, “the outgoing call validity has been ended.”
Supreme court must take action on that.
Why this outgoing charge when I have balance plus outgoing incoming lifetime was done why this extra total outraging charge all of sudden
