Text of Complaint by Pulkit Songara:

I received a text message from Airtel about “Pack validity for Airtel no xxxxxxxxxx will expire on 26-Nov-18 & outgoing services will stop. Recharge with RC35 or more for continued services.Dial*121*51#”.  Incoming service will also stop on 11-Dec-2018 days if don’t recharge. We have to recharge time to time only for validity in every 28 days. When I purchased the Airtel Sim Card that time Airtel gave me life time validity. Airtel is cheating to customers and stealing money from the consumers.  Please help to what legal action can be taken.
