Airtel, in oct 2018 has put a limitation on outgoing and incoming calls, ending in Nov 2018. So, after Nov 2018, recharge will be required to continue incoming and outgoing calls. I had recharged for 495 INR for lifetime free incoming calls (and outgoing calls to be charged from account balance), and now in 2018, Airtel is putting validity on incoming and outgoing calls, which clearly contradicts what was promised for 495 INR. On calling customer care executive, they are asking to recharge for 35/65/95 INR which will add up for validity of 28 days. Why should consumers recharge for validity again when consumer has already paid for the same.
