It has been more than 3 days , i have contacted customer care for the past three days always they say network will resume in few minutes or they say time like 12.20 , 3.20 ,6.20 ,9.20 it is going on like a loop. it makes me really frustrated , they are not giving a proper solution or estimated . they are looting the people money in the name of network maintanance for 4-5 times in a month , please take immediate action on them . in registering this complaint from Choolaimedu , chennai – 600094. (note : they have mentioned the date wrong in their app.)
