Text of Complaint by Jennifer Robinson:

I have had airtel connection for many years but since the time they upgraded to fibernet, I have been experiencing broadband outages every month and it has now become a nuisance. Every time I raise a complaint it takes several days for resolution and airtel hasnt even compensated me for the downtime. Above all, my work gets frozen because of these constant outages. Following are the tickets raised since January this year:

9th June 2019 – 108284800

30th April 2019 – 107025046

22 February 2019 – 104929822

8th January 2019  – 103596034

Every time I was assured that the resolution was permanent and that it’ll never happen again, but as you can see those were nothing but false promises.

To add insult to injury, the last rep I spoke to was rude and uncooperative. He kept me on hold for more than ten minutes under pretence of transferring to his supervisor and later told me that there was no supervisor available. The rep’s name is Alok Kumar and he refused to share the name of the supervisor who refused to take my call.

I need a permanent resolution to my grievance. It’s quite frustrating that Airtel’s quality of customer service has gone down to this level.

A really unsatisfied customer.
