Complaint against Airtel for not clarifying about an online Bill payment to airtel

I paid Airtel phone Bill through online payment option using Airtel App, for some technical issue. I couldn’t see whether the payment was made or not. Money was deducted from my Bank account. Airtel said we didn’t not recieve the payment so pay again. I paid again at Airtel Store through cash. My bank said if payment wasn’t successful then money will come back to the account but after 1 month still money didn’t get reversed to my account. When I approached my bank again , they said amount didn’t come back so maybe payment is done. My bank also said get it on email /written form whether Airtel received the payment or not so that we can raise further process. When I asked Airtel about the same through emails , they asked me various details about the transaction which bank statements shows, after giving them all the required details, they didn’t answer my query. Either they call me like 10 times in a day and ask for what happened every time or they just keep asking for same transaction details on emails which I already provided 5 times. This is very insane and irresponsible. As a consumer it a torture to me for not getting confirmation on my money. I want to file case against them. How can I do that ?
