Text of Complaint by KARUDAGATTA INDIRA PRIYADARSHINI:

I have recharged my mobile number 8861916470 through phonepay for Rs. 251 on 28th May 2021 and received an SMS with Transaction reference N2105281545166542732942(Airtel prepaid reference ID 1982682622). The bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
