On 8th February 2021, I recharged a Airtel prepaid number from Airtel thanks app for data pack worth Rs. 399 using my debit card. I got a message stating transaction error but my amount got deducted from my bank account. The amount is not credited to my bank account being a failed transaction. Please help me to refund the Rs. 399 balance.
