This is to bring to your notice that I have been associated with Airtel since 14 years through mobile number 9910032944 and highlight to you the serious concern being faced by me with regards to the pathetic service provided by the Airtel One team today. I have raised a requisition yesterday at 6 pm to get the Aitrel One installed at my place, getting a call immediately was wonderful followed with a false claim that the person who is coming to install has got his motorbike punctured therefore he will only be able to come today by 11 am. I received a call today at 1 pm and the concerned person came to visit my place claiming he has only come for the KYC (Vendor V-5) wasted my time for an hour and claimed that there is a perpetual system issue (Passcode error) and he cannot do much about it and went off. I have a concern since I have taken a day off from work specifically for this reason today, I cannot take off from work again and again and be dependent on the fancy of a person who made me wait the entire day and not give me a resolution. Please get my airtel Xtreme installed today as it’s already been more than 24 hours. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously with an immediate solution to install the Airtel Xtreme at my place. they also tried to sell me a new connection which i refused as i will add the numbers later, i was pushed to take the numbers which i refused, this might also be one of the reason i face this pathetic service response from Airtel one team.
