I changed the Airtel prepaid plan to post paid plan , and then took Airtel DTH connection

I received a call from Airtel executive to change to AIRTEL ONE INDIA PLAN by connecting DTH, and the mobile nos as a one plan.but when i visited airtel showroom they told this will be more costlier than the regular plan and asked me to change the plan

anyway when i found there is no network in selaiyur area..i wanted to change to prepaid plan and visited the customer care and I paid the dues for the post paid connection on 5th October 2020 but on 7th i was asked to pay another 2400 rs that is for the month of october i need to pay and for DTH they told it was not paid…which clearly i did the amount of Rs960 in the one airtel plan…subsequently i made 2 payments in one month.
