Hello,
This is regarding worst service i ever faced in Airtel. Recently I moved to One Airtel plan which combines of Broadband,mobile and DTH in one bill as they promised and asked me to migrate from Vodafone to Airtel to get benefit .. I paid all my dues either in previous network and in current network up to date .. But my secondary mobile connection is disconnected due to unpaid bill. I was told 10 days back it is back end problem have not show single bill for your plan and secondary number will be added by sending FAM Y message to 121 . I did all what they said and customer service team promised me will not get deactivated as problem from their end ..
it’s really very frustrating for me to write this because today I called more than 5 times and speak with customer team and for sake too none had gave proper answer and finally asked me to pay secondary number bill to activate service ..
My first concern is why should i get false promise at the time of connection made from Airtel team . And secondary mistake from back end to link with my primary number why they ask to pay penalty .
Very worst service I ever seen in any network which I had been used ..If at all continue am pleased to inform I will be disconnect all my service with Airtel and also recommend same to my family and neighbours too .
Hope atleast I will get proper response from Airtel for this mail.
