Company has announced no any charge for sim up gradation in 4G sim…but airtel office, lumding assam- 782447 charged 30 rupees and told talk to airtel customer care it is ordered by airtel company…and his behaviour was indecent.. I upload his pic and office pic lumding…I need my 30 rupees otherwise I will port my no. In Jio communication…I m using airtel no. Since long..please take drastic action against him
