This is regarding my airtel number 9xxxxxxxx0.
We have been using this number from last many years but suddenly got a sms yesterday that because of some documentation, services to this number is temporarily disconnected.
We bought this number in karnataka but now shifted to NCR area.
We visited an airtel store nearby, however were informed that they cannot access our account as they don’t have access to it.
We called customer care ( ritu from sr executive) and they told that we will need to go to karnataka to get this problem resolved.
This is highly surprising that in such a digital era, we are getting such hopeless responses from airtel customer care that we need to physically visit karnataka to get services enabled again on the number. Not sure what should we do now.
