I have made a recharge of Rs45 smart pack to start incoming and outgoing on my number on 11th july and the money was debited from my bank account yet im not receiving calls neither im able to make.
I have emailed airtel service, yet no proper response, they just say call on 121 to connect with their support.
I tried calling them several times but unable to connect the helpdesk. This is going in loop since long and not yet resolved by airtel and the issue is approaching 1 week now.
