I have received a message from Airtel stating that my Airtel no. Will be changed from prepaid to postpaid today and my number will be suspended for 30min to get it activated to Postpaid.
Today I have recharged my Airtel number with RC.399. When I went to the Airtel mini store at Mallapur they say that as I have applied for KYC through online mode few days ago I have opted for postpaid option. As far as my knowledge I did not opt for postpaid option.
Now the Airtel service people say that postpaid plan has been activated for 90days. And the RC amount of Rs.399. Will be collapsed.
Request you to please look into this matter and do the needful.
