One of my Airtel numbers is not working as Airtel cutted down the services and Customer Service doesn’t have any solution to it.
I’ve been running in circles from last 14 days. I visited the major Airtel Store of Kota Junction more than 8 times and they really don’t know how to resolve the issue.
Everytime they tell me that they have sent an complaint email to different department and I should wait for 24 hours to get the number activated.
It’s been more than 2 weeks and nothing changed.
They just keep giving me new sim cards and I have 4 SIM cards till now and none of them works.
It is my business number which is printed on visiting cards and brochures. And month of September is the peak of my business.
