I have called the airtel customer care on 24 Setpember, 2021 asking them to cancel my fibernet connection. They forcibly told me that they will provide a week of complimentary service post which they would cancel my subscription. However, it’s been more than 3 months now and they have still not cancelled it and instead have been sending me bills and harassing me every day to pay it.
