Since May 2021 I have been trying to get my 1509 Rs from Airtel payment bank wallet where they have hold it and not releasing even after sending multiple emails. Below is the first email I have sent them on May:
Hi,
XXXXXX9890 is my registered phone number with Airtel. I wanted to spend the wallet amount i.e. approx 1509 to pay utility bills, but I keep on getting errors/retry etc and unable to use it. All the times I am getting messages to contact customer care. I wish to utilise the money, so please help me. If you can’t, then help me get the funds withdrawal to my bank accounts.
Your Airtel Thanks app is not showing me an option to raise it for airtel payment bank. Whenever I click on the Banking tab, it gives me an error, so this cannot be resolved by raising a request from Airtel Thanks app. Please help or let me know if I should ask this on your social media channel.

Even after this they didnt bother to solve my request. They are keep on sending some auto generate mails to activate my airtel payment bank by providing KYC. I have repeated times told them that I dont want to use Airtel payment bank and want my money to be sent back to my bank account from where it was debited. But they are not helping. They are saying they called me but I didnt get any calls. I have another point, when I told them the complete scenario and what I want, why are they not giving my money back to me. I am updating a refernce to emails I have sent to their customer care email: [email protected].
