I want to migrate my postpaid airtel sim to prepaid but customer care playing with me with different answer . in my request to customer care,a executive give assurance to pay the outstanding amount and then it will be migrated. I paid and tried to contact again to proceed further. Then a executive told me it will be possible only if I will go to the circle where sim has issued me. Under Covid-19 situation, we are not able to go outside but they suggesting likely and that to after assurance by one of their customer care.
