I make a call to 198 Airtel Customer care several times To clarify my doubts but they are having only available languages of English and Hindi even I choose IVR in Tamil. So i thing Airtel gave the importance to only for Hindi and English speaking customers. So “Airtel” what is the reason of having customer care in Tamil Nadu without respecting tamil customers. This is shameful behaviour from Airtel.
