Dear Sir/madam
I was using this connection (post paid number:9900504413)since 6 years. Currently I am in abroad suddenly the sim was stopped working and many times I called India customer service they all giving me wrong information and failed to solve my query.i was continuously emailed and there was no reply. I want to get replace my SIM card.I am totally unhappy about your service and disappointed me lot.after continuous contact I got one reply says that I will get update on 22nd of this month.till now not even a single person contacted me. If Airtel not solving my issues I would like to share to the social media this bad experience

I would like to escalate this issue to the higher level since they are not able to solve the issue. Because till today I was waiting for respond from Airtel as per the customer care manager Mr jabeel said, (please find attached copy).
How can I trust Airtel future service and I am so disappointed and this way you are misbehaving to the customers.
