I wanted to convert my esim to physical sim. Airtel is not giving my physical sim saying that my picture and KYC submitted 5 years earlier doesn’t match with what I am submitting now. This is plain ridiculous since it isn’t possible for my photo to match with how I looked 5 years back.
My wife uses that number and all her bank accounts and documents are linked with this number and we are stuck with no resolution.
